Service policies

Clippings are mulched back into the lawn unless you add bagging.

Bagging, aeration, overseeding, leaf cleanup, and mulch are separate and bookable online at an instant price. Hedge trimming and bed weeding are quoted on request.

Prices come from county lot data. For unusually complex yards we confirm on the first visit. Village Green neighbors get the neighbor rate automatically. Weekly is the best rate.

Rain pushes service to the next dry day, and we let you know when that happens.

Please unlock gates and secure pets on service day. If we cannot access the yard it counts as a visit or a trip fee.

Clear toys, hoses, and pet waste before we arrive. We mow around what is left out.

Occasionally a visit needs significant extra work, for example heavy overgrowth. We may add a one-time adjustment of up to $40 with the reason shown on your receipt. Any adjustment above $40 is never charged automatically; we email you the new total and charge only after you approve it.

Your card is saved at booking and charged after each completed cut. You get a receipt by email.

Not happy? Tell us within 48 hours and we return free to make it right.

Weekly and biweekly plans have a 3-cut minimum. Skips need 24 hours notice, and same-day skips may carry a trip fee.

Your plan continues until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing us and we stop service and charges right away. No cancellation fee.
