Service policies

• Mow all turf
• String-trim around fences, trees, and beds
• Edge the driveway, walks, and curb
• Blow all clippings off hard surfaces

Clippings are mulched back into the lawn unless you add bagging.

Bagging, hedge trimming, bed weeding, leaf cleanup, aeration, and mulch are separate. Bagging is bookable online. The rest are quoted on request.

Prices come from county lot data. For unusually complex yards we confirm on the first visit. Village Green neighbors get the neighbor rate automatically. Weekly is the best rate.

Rain pushes service to the next dry day, and you get a text when that happens.

Please unlock gates and secure pets on service day. If we cannot access the yard it counts as a visit or a trip fee.

Clear toys, hoses, and pet waste before we arrive. We mow around what is left out.

Grass over 6 inches can add $20 to $40 one time on the first cut, then the standard rate applies.

Your card is saved at booking and charged after each completed cut. You get a receipt by email.

Every job gets completion photos.

Not happy? Tell us within 48 hours and we return free to make it right.

Weekly and biweekly plans have a 3-cut minimum. Skips need 24 hours notice, and same-day skips may carry a trip fee.
