Privacy policy
Little Hustlers LawnCare keeps this simple and in plain language. Service is provided by Little Hustlers LawnCare LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.
What we collect
Your name, contact details (email and phone), your service address, and lot information about your property pulled from public county records. We also keep notes you give us, like gate codes and pet names, so we can service your yard safely.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. We store only a secure reference that lets Stripe charge your card after each completed service, exactly as you authorized at booking.
Where your information lives
Our records, including your contact details, service address, gate notes, and pet notes, are stored with Supabase, our database provider.
Maps and aerial imagery
We use Google Maps to find your address and to pull an aerial image of your lot so we can measure it and price it accurately. That image appears on your quote screen, and if we send you a quote by email it may be included in the email.
Service photos
We take before and after photos of your lawn on each visit and link them in your receipt. Those photos are stored at web addresses that are not listed anywhere public but are not password protected, so anyone holding the exact link can open the photo. Tell us if you would rather we did not photograph your property.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform, for example whether someone who saw an ad got a quote or booked. This shares standard web event data with Meta and sets cookies in your browser that Meta can read. See Meta's privacy policy for how they handle it. Meta controls that data, so we cannot delete it on your behalf.
Booking confirmations, receipts, and service updates are sent through Resend, our email provider. These are service messages and they keep coming while you have an active plan. Offers, like a saved quote or a seasonal service, carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from offers never stops your receipts or service notices.
No selling of data
We do not sell your personal data. Period.
Deletion requests
Want your data gone? Email joshua.t.yanetsko@gmail.com and we will delete your information from our records, your quotes, your bookings, and your service photos. Two things we cannot remove: what payment regulations require Stripe to retain, and the ad measurement data Meta holds, which is under Meta's control rather than ours.
